Serving the commercial flooring industry for 20+ years Anthony started his journey at Task Floors providing inside sales support to our sales reps. After spending 5+ years there Anthony moved on to work for 2 legends in the industry, Jack and Carol Schachtman at CAS & Associates. It was here that Anthony learned the sales representative side and covered NJ and NYC. In this role Anthony was able to form dealer, end user and architect / designer relationships. In the 5+ years of working in this role it ultimately led Anthony to what he considers to be one of the greatest working experiences and environments you could find in the flooring industry, Spartan Surfaces. Here he was able to work side by side with some of the most talented and knowledgeable people in the industry.With having such a diversified product line Anthony was able to be involved in many different projects over many different market segments. Fast forward 2016 is when ASAP Design & Logistics was founded. Having formed great alliances and relationships over the years it allowed Anthony to become a distributor. It is with help from our friends and the trust of our customers that ASAP Design continues to become a trusted partner.
Anthony Jr. joined his father in 2016 in starting up ASAP Design after graduating from Iona University. Anthony Jr. began his role starting with responsibilities such as customer service, invoicing and billing, marketing, and handling sample requests while learning the world of flooring. Shortly after in 2018, Anthony Jr added warehousing operations and deliveries to his responsibilities. Now Anthony Jr is director of business development and overseeing operations.
With 25 years of experience in the flooring industry, Peggy recently joined ASAP in 2022, expanding my expertise in guiding architects in flooring selection. Representing top manufacturers, Peggy provides tailored solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and durability. Peggy's extensive knowledge and passion for flooring enables her to help architects bring their vision to life, from concept to completion.
Diana Samela has 23 Years of management experience with the last 12 years focusing on in Finance and Business Operations. Diana brings over 12 years of strategic financial leadership to ASAP Design & Logistic, where they have played a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting company growth. As CFO, she oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives.
Before Opening ASAP Design & Logistics in 2018 she worked as an AVP of Operations to a Private bank in
NYC. Where she led initiatives that streamlined Banking Operations, Securities Exchange, Vendor Management and Disaster Recovery. Her expertise in financial analysis, compliance, and corporate finance has been instrumental in providing actionable insights that enhance business strategy and operational efficiency.
Diana Samela's career is marked by her dedication to client services, her expertise in Operations and Financial services. She is passionate about leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making and foster financial sustainability.
